The service
DoSIM sells digital mobile data plans for travellers. Coverage, validity, data allowance and available networks are shown on each plan.
Order and payment
An order becomes final once payment is confirmed. The total price, currency and essential plan information are shown before confirmation.
Delivery and installation
Installation details are made available in the customer account after the order is confirmed. Customers must check device compatibility and carrier-unlocked status before purchasing.
Use of the service
Network quality depends on local coverage, the device and partner operators. Users must follow the installation instructions and enable data roaming on the eSIM line.
Cancellation and refunds
A digital service may begin before the end of the cancellation period with the customer’s agreement. Requests are reviewed according to the plan’s installation, activation and usage status.
