When should I install my eSIM?
Install it over a stable Wi-Fi connection, ideally before you travel. Turn on mobile data for the eSIM once you arrive.
Is my phone compatible?
It must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Use our compatibility checker, then look for an EID in your phone settings.
Where can I find my QR code?
Once your order is confirmed, it is available in your account on the relevant eSIM card.
Can I delete and reinstall my eSIM?
Avoid deleting an installed eSIM. Some profiles can only be downloaded once.
When does the validity period begin?
It depends on the plan. The destination page states whether validity starts at installation or on first network connection.
How can I track data usage?
Open your account. Available usage appears on each eSIM when the partner network provides that information.
What if mobile data does not work?
Check that the eSIM is selected for mobile data, data roaming is enabled and the APN matches your plan instructions.
Can I use hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the plan and local network. Check the plan details before purchase.
